Making A Purchase

Payment can be made by PayPal, Cheque and Credit/Debit Card, which will be processed on receipt of your order.

Shipping And Handling

Park Promotions UK Ltd, trading as Mont Rose. does not deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses or to an address outside the UK and Channel Islands.

All products are subject to availability and in the event of over subscription a product of equal or higher value will be substituted.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Goods will be delivered within 28 days, or at the appropriate time of year for planting. If there are delays in dispatching your products an email/letter will be sent informing you of dispatch schedule.

Guarantee

Park Promotions UK Ltd, trading as Mont Rose guarantees that all goods will arrive to you in a satisfactory condition, as they were when dispatched from our centre. Your order will be carefully packed for optimum quality standards.

Please contact us within 14 days if you have an enquiry or complaint. We will respond to you by return to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Right to Cancel

Park Promotions UK Ltd, trading as Mont Rose. acknowledges the consumer’s right to cancel an order. A consumer must give notice of cancellation of an order in writing to the correspondence address of the company within 7 working days of receipt of ordered goods. This shall operate to cancel the contract.

Complaints/Returns

At Park Promotions UK Ltd, trading as Mont Rose. we will deal with complaints promptly if they are made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

If your order arrives badly damaged, or with missing items, please inform us immediately, and keep damaged packages until you hear from us.

If we are satisfied with your complaint, we will offer you a full refund or replacement or issue a credit/voucher for the appropriate value. We may ask you to return the product to us when dealing with the complaint.

In the event of an unsuitable substitute Mont Rose Ltd will credit your account with the appropriate value for the purchase.

General

All descriptions and illustrations contained within our website, and all other company literature is accurate in our experience. Heights, colours etc. may vary given different conditions.
